Blue Tier commenced operations in 2019 having worked across significant projects within the civil construction industry. From there, the concept of developing a group of highly skilled, statewide consultants performing services across the entire project landscape in Tasmania has naturally grown by our client’s desire to work with our team to deliver successful outcomes.

Blue Tier offers project management and administration, superintendent services, Quality Assurance Verification, constructability reviews and budget estimates. We work with clients every step of the way, from concept and feasibility to project delivery, ensuring requirements are met on time and within budget. We prioritise transparency and mutual collaboration with the aim of reducing total costs and increasing efficiency.

Our client base is mostly large Govt or GBE’s, and we are familiar with relevant governance structures.
