The Don Irrigation Scheme is designed to deliver 4,750ml of summer irrigation water to the areas of Don, Forth, Barrington, Sheffield and West Kentish.

The scheme is predominantly a summer delivery system with water extracted from both Lake Barrington and the Forth River. Water will be pumped to balance tanks and gravity fed through the distribution pipelines throughout the district.

The works consist of the supply, installation, construction, design, coding/control system development, testing, commissioning and performance testing of the pump stations, tanks and pipelines, and all associated infrastructure to deliver fully functioning and reliable pump stations, tanks and pipeline systems.
