The RHH stage II Emergency Department Expansion project was initiated to address increased patient admissions and case complexities, ensuring the hospital is well place to meet future demand.

The project includes the design of the ED expansion concurrent to the implementation of the 28 bed short stay unit as well as further training facilities and staff amenities.
