Where projects realise their potential…

Blue Tier provide specialised professional services within the Tasmanian building and construction sector. We are built on the principle that industry experience counts passion is a key ingredient to success.

Founded in 2018, Blue Tier utilises a team of highly skilled, statewide consultants who have overseen the successful delivery of numerous significant projects across Tasmania.

We operate with a client-focussed approach, prioritising transparency and mutual collaboration to not only deliver projects on time and within budget, but with the aim of reducing total costs and increasing efficiency.

Our dynamic team manage all necessary approvals to ensure projects are undertaken with the utmost safety and quality assurances, providing greater certainty when it comes to the unique requirements of our clients.

Expertise

Our labour strategy starts with sourcing the best individuals in the industry, and then working closely with our clients to ensure the right fit, support and structure is provided to meet their project needs. If our passionate and capable team enjoy their role and are adding value, then we've found success will generally follow.

We remain highly supportive of our team, flexible and dynamic. We focus on internal and external training, and have discovered good people attract and retain other good people. We're taking our time to grow our team, and will endeavour to stay small and focussed. We're passionate not just about delivering a great service, but improving the way infrastructure is delivered in Tasmania.
